Refund policy

All sales are final and we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for any of our merch items, as they are printed on demand by our product vendor(s). 

Have an issue with your order? Manufacturing errors and damaged items are not common, but not impossible, so we got your back! Reach out to info@prochoicenc.org within 30 days of your merch delivery to request a free reprint of the item in question.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
